Muza Official collects and holds personal information about individuals for the provision of our products and services and purposes connected to those products and services. Muza Official collects your Personal Information so that we can carry out the following actions:

How personal information is collected?
Muza Official collects and holds the personal information that you provide us through our website, by email, in store or over the phone. This includes information that you provide to us when you use, register, and make purchases on our website or sign up for our newsletter. For example, when you send an email to us or submit an enquiry via our website, we may retain this to respond to your enquiry.

Except as set out in this policy, Muza Official does not share, sell, or trade your personal information that we collect with third parties Muza Official is not likely to disclose your personal information to overseas entities.
Access to files containing your personal information is granted to our employees and contractors and is also granted to our third-party service providers such as our website agency, POS provider, data analytics partner, shipping providers and email service provider. Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Third Party Services
