Conditions of Return

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

The item/s were purchased from the muzaofficial.com.au.
The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
All tags are still attached.
Your Australian order will be returned to us within 14 days from your delivery date. Your Global order will be returned to us within 21 days from your delivery date.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to us without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.
