RETURN POLICY
As a valued customer of Muza Official, we would like to thank you for your purchase. At Muza Official, we pride ourselves on luxurious well-crafted designs that embodies versatility and class.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your recent purchase. So, if something isn't quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery date.
Returns Conditions
Online purchases must be returned within 7 days of the delivered date. Item/s must be:
- In original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags/buttons etc attached
- Item/s must be free from all stains and fragrances, including makeup, fake tan, perfumes, and body odour
Muza Official reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Muza Official.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is packed appropriately and secured in a postage pag. If using the original postage bag, the customer must remove the original shipping label and barcodes prior to sending.
We strongly recommend the customer to use a trusted shipping company, ensuring the parcel is tracked and insured upon returning back the item(s). We are not responsible for items that are deemed missing or lost when sending them back to us.
How to return your order?
- If you wish to return your order, please send us an email info@muzaofficial.com.au within 7 days requesting an exchange or credit note. Please include:
- Item(s) wished to be returned
- The reason you are returning the itemIf the item(s) complies with our return policy, we will send you an email of the full address to be returned to.
- Please pack the items in the original packaging with the tags attached. Please ensure your full name and order number is provided on the return.
- Once the return has been processed, the return will be placed on a store credit voucher which will be issued to the customer via email. Please allow up to 7 days upon us receiving the order for your return to be processed.
Store Credit
Store Credits are available if returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Store Credits are processed within 1-5 business days once the return has been received by our warehouse and the item(s) is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all tags attached and within the return limit.
Store credits will be emailed to the email address attached to the order and valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Please be advised that the shipping cost associated when placing the order is non refundable. If free shipping is applicable when the order was placed, a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from store credit.
Faulty Item
We work hard to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition.
However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we request that we are notified upon receiving the item by emailing us at info@muzaofficial.com.au, with images and a description of the fault.
This will then be assessed by our customer service team and a free returns label will be provided.
Upon assessing the item and if deemed faulty, you are entitled to a replacement (if applicable) or a full refund provided the item is unworn, original condition and the tag still attached.
Faulty Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method once the return has been received by our warehouse.
Final Sale Styles
Final Sale styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and not eligible for a return unless confirmed faulty by our team.
We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. Please note, sale markdowns cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.
