RETURN POLICY

At MUZA OFFICIAL, we pride ourselves on creating luxurious, high-quality pieces designed with premium fabrications and craftsmanship. We want you to love your purchase, however if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit in accordance with the policy below.

Please allow 24–48 hours for our team to respond to all return enquiries. Due to a high volume of emails, response times may vary during busy periods, however we will always endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days of delivery.

Please note we do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, delayed delivery, or preference of fabrication/style.

Store credits and gift vouchers issued from returns are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, all items must:

  • Be returned within 10 days of the delivery date

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags, buttons, and packaging attached

  • Be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, stains, pet hair, and odours

  • Not be altered in any way

MUZA OFFICIAL reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions. Any rejected returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as MUZA OFFICIAL is not responsible for lost or missing return parcels.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How To Return Your Order

To request a return, please email:

within 10 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Whether you would like an exchange or store credit

Once approved, our team will provide return instructions.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your return to be processed once received.

Faulty Items

We take pride in the quality of our garments and carefully inspect all items prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order with images and a description of the issue.

If deemed faulty by our team, we will provide either:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or

  • A full refund

Please note that general wear and tear, improper garment care, accidental damage, or dissatisfaction with fabrication are not considered faults.

Final Sale Items

All sale, discounted, promotional, and final sale items are strictly final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
