Dispatch Time

Your order is our top priority and will be en route at the earliest possible opportunity. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed prior to being dispatched.

Please note, during sale, promotional, and peak periods orders may take longer than usual to be processed and dispatched. During these periods, please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be processed.

Deliveries within Australia

  • Standard AU Shipping on orders over $300 - FREE
  • Standard AU Shipping on orders under $250 - $10 
  • Express AU Shipping on all orders - $15
  • For standard shipping, please allow 2-6 business days to receive your delivery within Australia.

    For express shipping, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your delivery within Australia

    Although express services are fast, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timings as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control. We do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.

    Postage Service

    Our postage services include Australian Post and Sendle. All parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you’re able to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise if the carrier determines there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address. The carrier will record a proof of delivery in this instance.

    If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Muza Official is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Muza Official will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

    International Deliveries

  • Standard shipping: $30
  • Express shipping: $50
  • Delivery time for standard shipping: 9-15 business days
  • Delivery time for express shipping: 5-10 business days
  • All International orders are dispatched through Australian International Postage services. Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, local postage services handle the distribution of all orders. 

    International Taxes and Duties

    Please note that we are not liable for any possible taxes and charges issued by the destination country/local postage service. These are not included in the order total and the receiver will be liable for these charges if they do incur and will need to settle these upon delivery.  These fees are government related and out of our control. We are not responsible for these fees. We are unable to provide any details on local taxes, therefore it is the customers responsibility to reach out to their local postage service to find out additional information.

    Unfortunately we are unable to provide any refunds for shipments that were not delivered due to additional customs & taxes incurring. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon exchange or credit note.

    In some instances we may contact you to provide validation of shipping address and your credit card details before dispatching your order. Please ensure contact details are correct and your full name, address and contact number is provided upon making an order with us.

    Incorrect address 

    If there is an error with your address, please contact info@muzaofficial.com.au ASAP and we will endeavour to amend it. However due the fast processing times of our online warehouse this is not guaranteed.

    We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.

    Incomplete order

    There may be rare instances when items purchased are sold out/unavailable on the same day of purchase. When this happens, the remainder of your order will still be dispatched.

    A member of our team will be in touch, to either source the missing item from one of our stores or in the event that the item cannot be located or is sold out a refund will be processed on your behalf.  

    Orders are subject to availability and Muza Official reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, including due to unavailability.

    Stolen Parcels
    Unfortunately we are not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the specified address. It is the customers responsibility to choose a safe and secure shipping address.

    Damaged Parcels
    We hold no responsibility for any damage to parcels once they have been successfully delivered to the designated address.

    Authority to Leave Service

    Our trusted courier partners may choose to utilise an Authority To Leave service when delivering your order, provided they assess that the delivery address has a secure location for parcel placement without requiring a signature. It's important to note that in such instances, we cannot be held responsible in the event the parcel goes missing. Additionally, we will not be able to issue refunds or resend the parcel under these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
